MULTICULTURAL EMPHASIS

This content emphasis allows you to study a variety of cultures or to focus on a particular one.

We allow a great deal of flexibility in selecting courses for this 18-hour emphasis; however, the following is a general outline to work from; contact a BME advisor or C.O.E. Division of Student Services for more detailed information.

  • 3 hours of foundations: BME 410 or ENG 338
  • 3 hours of culture: BME 480 or, FOR SENIORS ONLY, ENG 538
  • 6 hours of methods from BME 420, 430, 440, 450, 460, and 470
  • 6 hours of electives
