Application Process
Program Information
To find out more about the Educational Psychology (EPS) program you are interested in, you need to download the program information packet which is available on the homepage.
Application Process for all EPS Graduate Programs except Human Relations
(Paper application processes have been discontinued for EPS programs since November 1, 2006)
4. Submit an official report of scores on the General Test of the Graduate Record Examination to the Graduate College at Northern Arizona University by the application deadline and use the following codes: Institution code: 4006, Department code: 3403. GRE Scores must be no more than six years old at the time of application.
Incomplete applications will NOT be reviewed. It is the applicant's responsibility to check with EPS to ensure that all application materials are received by the application deadline. Please contact EPS at least 2 weeks prior to the application deadline if you have questions regarding the receipt of your application materials.
2. Submit official transcripts from all previous universities attended to: Graduate College, Box 4125, NAU, Flagstaff, AZ 86011-4125.
3. Submit 3 forms letters of recommendation to the EPS Office (Dept. of Educational Psychology, Box 5774, Flagstaff AZ 86011) or to your Distance Learning office if you are planning to complete this porgram at one of NAU distance sites.
4. If you are a student planning to complete this program at NAU-Yuma or at a Distance Learning site, you must secure advisement from the Distance Learning Coordinator at the location you will be taking most of your courses prior to being admitted into the program. Once you secure advisement, your application will be reviewed. Admission decisions are made periodically throughout the year. Admission notifications are made by mail.
